FOXBORO — Hello from Gillette Stadium, the site of the 2016 Winter Classic between the Boston Bruins and Montreal Canadiens. We’ll have wall-to-wall coverage in print and multimedia over the next 72 hours. Here is what to expect from Bruins Daily at the home of the four-time Super Bowl champion New England Patriots.

    Tonight:

    Winter Classic Media Skate-5

As some of you may have seen on Facebook and Twitter, we provided some pics on the field and in our press box seats high above rinkside. We may have a couple of other things in store from the day for our social media outlets, including pics from the media skate, so stay tuned.

Later tonight, our own Anthony Travalgia will review Episode 3 of the Road to the Winter Classic on Epix. Check out a preview on the video below.

    Tomorrow:

    Winter Classic Media Skate-3

Our day begins at 11:00 a.m. when the Bruins hit the ice for practice. Approximately 90 minutes later, the Habs will take the ice for their final preparations before the Winter Classic. From the Massachusetts products playing in this year’s Winter Classic (Frank Vatrano, Jimmy Hayes, Mike Condon and Brian Flynn) to the X’s and O’s, we’ll break down tomorrow’s major storylines.

But that’s not all we have in store on New Year’s Eve. Following the Bruins and Habs practice is another Boston-Montreal matchup as the NWHL’s Pride faces off against Les Canadiennes of the CWHL. The day will be capped off with the Bruins and Canadiens alumni reuniting for what promises to be an entertaining battle between legends of both squads.

Following all of this, we’ll get you ready for the main event with an early edition of the Game Day Preview for Bruins-Habs.

    Friday:

    Winter Classic Media Skate-7

Prior to the festivities, our crew will be going around the Gillette Stadium parking lots to capture the tailgating scene. And of course, we’ll cap off our coverage with complete postgame reaction as your’s truly, James Murphy, photographer Joe Makarski and videographer Peter Manderino will be on hand capturing the sights and sounds of this year’s Winter Classic. Stay tuned, we have plenty of things in store, including a few potential surprises along the way!
