NHL: Sturm to be amongst Kings very soon

Although not donning a Spoked-B anymore, I’m definitely going to be keeping a close eye on a player who the Bruins traded for future considerations nothing.
Rich Hammond of LAKingsInsider.com reported earlier this morning that Marco Sturm could be joining the Kings as early as tomorrow. He wrote that Sturm, who will be wearing No. 10, has a medical evaluation tomorrow morning at 10 a.m. PST, and could join his new LA teammates in St. Louis.
Sturm, 32, has been recovering from offseason knee surgery for the last seven-plus months. His last game played was on May 1, where he logged just 0:41 of ice time for the B’s in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals against the Philadelphia Flyers.
The Kings open a five-game road trip in Detroit tonight to battle the Red Wings at 7:30 p.m. EST on Versus; followed by a Thursday night contest in St. Louis; Saturday night in Nashville; Sunday in Chicago, and next Tuesday in Colorado.
