The Bruins have dropped to 2-4-1 on home ice this season, with their last win in the Hub coming on Oct. 28 against Toronto (2-0), after a 2-0 blanking by the Ottawa Senators tonight. The Black and Gold have been stalemate with 17 points for the past two games, and have dipped to seventh overall in the East with an 8-5-1 overall record.

- Blake Wheeler led team with four shots
- Dennis Seidenberg blocked another five shots tonight, and remains among the league leaders
- Bruins had two power play opportunities tonight, and have now gone scoreless in their last eight man advantage chances
