Bruins new PP units; Wheeler just fine on the right side

A dreadful 1-for-15 on the power play thus far was enough for Claude Julien to finally mix-up the units and pairings. Today during a 12:30 p.m. practice at Ristuccia Arena, the new-look power play units looked like this:
Lucic–Krejci–Horton
Recchi–Seidenberg
and…
Seguin–Bergeron–Wheeler
Boychuk–Ryder
Who knows if this will translate into tomorrow night’s contest; especially Ryder and Recchi on the point (Chara was given a maintenance day). But having just a 6.7-percent success rate on the man-advantage, I guess anything’s worth a shot.

With a few games under his belt on the right side, Blake Wheeler had no problems making the switch from left- to right-wing:
“Just skating up the right side of the ice really.” he laughed. “It’s the same position just on the other side. You play on your forehand a little bit more which makes it a little bit easier but other than that…it’s the same thing.”
