Button developing into a WHL Captain

BOSTON — Upon arriving in Boston for the start of the 2010-11 training camp and Rookie games, Ryan Button, the Bruins’ third-round pick in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft, was eager to learn from the pros and grow from the recent NHL-lifestyle.
Now that the defenseman has experienced hitting the ice with the Bruins and other prospects for full-contact scrimmage game, Button is taking the most out of training with the NHLers and enjoying the ride.
“It’s unbelievable” said Button after yesterday’s scrimmage game at the TD Garden. “It’s a pretty special experience and not everyone in the world can experience some of the stuff that we’ve been.”
